Motivating DPD Drivers with DPDrivr
DPD is a key-player in package delivery worldwide. To enhance motivation for their drivers Data & Innovation DPD Netherlands asked for a rewarding app system.
As the lead UX Designer for this project I’ve collaborated with the business to thoroughly test the first version of their DPDrivr app. Work included interviews, wireframing, prototyping and testen in close collaboration with native development.
The app won the Parcel & Postal Technology International award 2021 in the category Last Mile Delivery Innovation during the Parcel + Post Expo 2021 in Vienna.
